Least Favorite: Not actually taking the time to talk to the Charmed Ones and maybe not associate Piper's poor decision, in throwing a potion at her, that means Phoebe wants to, too 'cause Phoebe didn't, at the time.

Favorite: Her drive in helping people and doing good.

Least Favorite: Not listening to the Charmed Ones and just commanding them to do things because he wanted them to.
